The Mayor’s Office Appointments (MOA) is dedicated to advancing the Mayor's vision of a diverse and inclusive team of senior leaders in City government. MOA plays a critical role in promoting equity, opportunity, and excellence within the City by providing talent recruitment and development support for all levels of employees in the Administration. To further enhance its initiatives, MOA also focuses on alumni resources and candidate training opportunities, especially aimed at Civically Re-Engaged Women. Additionally, MOA advises the Mayor on over 300 boards and commissions that fall under his purview.
